Chelsea Quereau, MSW graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Social Work. She is a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern with specialties in anxiety, depression, conflict, and stress in children and adolescents. Some of Chelsea’s intervention techniques include cognitive-behavioral therapy, and client-focused and solution-focused approaches, to assist clients in developing a wide range of coping skills and then empowering the clients with the confidence to use the newly learned skills. Chelsea supports clients and families through counseling, psychoeducation, mindfulness, and promoting self-care. Chelsea’s strengths include connecting and building positive relationships with her clients through open communication, empathy, and acceptance.
