Social Bridges Request
In partnership with Social Bridges®, JFS Orlando is offering peer-based, social-emotional skill groups that integrate cognitive behavioral therapies and best practices in social-emotional development. The result is Social Bridges®; a CASEL-aligned, evidence-driven program that fosters the social skills and emotional intelligence (EQ) that are critical for children and young adults to reach their full potential.
We are currently accepting new clients, from elementary to high school, for the Fall 2021 semester that are currently on Medicaid. We accept all Medicaid HMOs, including Staywell, Simply, Aetna Better Health, Humana, UHC, and Sunshine.

Once the form is submitted, our intake coordinator will contact you within two business days. Submitting this request form does not guarantee admittance into Social Bridges. An assessment is required to determine final placement, whether in Social Bridges or recommended for individual counseling.
