Observe your gratitude. Giving thanks isn’t just a single event or season, but a practice we should repeat each day. Start with observation and reflection. What are some areas in your life that need a little more gratitude and a little less negativity? Reflect during a time and place that works with your schedule, like before bed or during your commute, whenever you have some quiet time.
