Bequests
Include JFS Orlando as a beneficiary in your trust or will to help the lives of others after your time. Your memory will live on through those you help and inspire others to follow your philanthropic example.
Life Insurance
Contribute a life insurance policy to JFS Orlando by naming us as the policy owner or beneficiary. This will entitle you to an income tax deduction limited to the lower value of the policy or your cost basis in the contract. If you continue to pay premiums on a policy we own, you can deduct the premium payments.
Life Income
Receive an income as a result of making a charitable gift to JFS Orlando. Incomes can be fixed, variable or for other beneficiaries, and entitle you to an income tax deduction based on the present value of your gift. Once placed in the trust, assets can be sold (without capital gains taxes) and proceeds reinvested to produce a higher yield.
